NEO Pulse replaces your SEO plugin, your redirect plugin and your header code plugin with one licensed plugin. Then it adds what they can’t: AI site search, Search Console reports inside WordPress, and alt text written by an AI that actually looks at your images.
Every extra plugin is another update, another settings screen and another thing that can break. NEO Pulse puts the SEO jobs your site already depends on in one place, made and supported by Neo Digital.
What a typical WordPress site runs today, and what NEO Pulse does instead.
Fewer plugins to update
| The job | Usually done by | With NEO Pulse |
|---|---|---|
| Titles, descriptions and schema | Yoast, Rank Math or All in One SEO | Built in, with templates for each content type and an SEO box on every page. |
| XML sitemaps and robots.txt | Your SEO plugin | Built in, and styled so people can read the sitemaps too. |
| Redirects and 404 log | Redirection, or your SEO plugin | Built in, with match types, 410s and one-click fixes from the 404 log. |
| Missing pages | A "page not found" screen | Old addresses that clearly match a page go there, and expired promotions go to your promotions page. |
| Tracking tags and scripts | Header Footer Code Manager | Script Manager, with page rules. HFCM snippets import in one click. |
| Image alt text | Typed by hand, or skipped | Written by a vision AI the moment an image is uploaded. |
| Site search | The default WordPress search | AI search with match scores, popular searches and phone layouts. |
| Search Console reports | A separate Google login | Inside WordPress, with an Edit link on every row. |
| Where leads come from | Form emails and guesswork | Every Elementor form entry with its source, landing page and campaign, in Insights. |
Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress, The SEO Framework, Redirection, Header Footer Code Manager, Gravity Forms and Elementor are trademarks of their respective owners. NEO Pulse is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of them.
Whether a site runs Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress or The SEO Framework, NEO Pulse takes over its titles, descriptions, canonical links, Open Graph tags and schema. A side-by-side check compares your pages with what visitors see today, before anything changes.
Title templates, sitemap choices, robots.txt, business details for schema and your analytics tag, all in one screen.
Redirects live in NEO Pulse, with match types, 410s and a 404 log, so a separate redirect plugin can go too.
Each page’s live SEO tags are compared with what NEO Pulse will print. Differences show in amber.
Turn NEO Pulse SEO on and deactivate your old SEO plugin. Your pages keep the SEO tags the check confirmed.
The details search engines notice, handled automatically from the content your team already maintains.
Visitors type the way they talk. NEO Pulse Search understands what they mean, ranks your pages and blog posts by how well they match, and puts the best answer first.
AI should save you money, not quietly spend it. Repeat searches reuse the saved answer for a day, and when a limit is reached, search keeps working without AI ranking until midnight.
The default limit for a whole site. Change it any time, or set 0 to switch AI off.
Caps how much any one visitor can use, so a single person or bot can’t run up the bill.
Per visitor. Rapid-fire searches are turned away.
Typing is checked in the browser. Only the search itself uses AI.
Clicks, impressions, click-through rate, position and keywords, each compared with the previous period, from 7 days to 6 months. Connecting takes one email address added to your Search Console property. No Google Cloud project, no JSON keys.
Keywords sitting at positions 8 to 20 that people search for often, with the page Google shows for each. And pages that appear in search a lot but rarely get the click, with an estimate of the clicks you’re missing.
A vision AI looks at each new image and writes its alt text and title. Only empty fields are filled, and you can guide the wording.
GA4, Tag Manager, pixels and verification tags, placed in the header, body or footer with page rules.
301, 302, 307, 308, 410 and 451, with exact, contains, starts-with and regex matching.
AI writing tools in the editor for titles, descriptions and copy, on the content types you choose.
New sites get a setup checklist. After that, missing alt text, Search Console and licence status sit on one screen, with Insights a click away.
New versions install themselves on licensed sites. One site key works for NEO Pulse and Neo Tools.
An old address that clearly matches one page goes there instead of a 404, so old links and visitors aren't lost. Only clear matches are redirected.
The day after a promotion ends, its page sends visitors to your promotions page and drops out of the sitemap, site search and Google.
Last month's site searches and leads, with the searches that found nothing and a few things to do next, sent to the people you choose.
Agencies and in-house teams can run NEO Pulse themselves. If you would rather we run it for you, that is our AISEO service, built on the same platform.
Teams also get the NEO Pulse app at neodigital.ca/neo-pulse for briefs, bulk service-area pages and month-over-month reporting.
Have a question that isn’t covered here? We’re happy to talk it through.
Any of the common ones: Yoast, Rank Math, All in One SEO, SEOPress or The SEO Framework. NEO Pulse prints titles, descriptions, robots, canonical links, Open Graph tags and schema, and handles sitemaps, redirects, breadcrumbs and IndexNow. Settings, each page's SEO and redirects import in one click from Rank Math, Yoast, All in One SEO and SEOPress.
Nobody can promise rankings, but switching shouldn't change what search engines see. The side-by-side check compares your pages' live SEO tags with what NEO Pulse will print before anything changes, and NEO Pulse waits until your old SEO plugin is deactivated before it takes over, so there is no gap and no double set of tags.
Yes, for Elementor forms. Each form sent is matched with how the visitor arrived: Google Ads, Google search, your Google Business Profile, social media, AI assistants, email or another website, with the page they landed on. Insights shows the totals by source, form and page next to the period before. Moving from Gravity Forms? Old entries import into Elementor with their original dates, and repeats are skipped.
No. The entries stay on your own website. NEO Pulse records only where a visit came from, never names, emails, phone numbers or messages, and the lead counts it shares with Neo Digital for reporting are numbers only. Sharing can be switched off on each site.
Typing never calls the AI, repeat searches reuse saved answers for a day, searches are capped at 100 characters, and there are limits per visitor and a daily limit for the whole site. Past a limit, search still works, just without AI ranking.
No. You add Neo Digital's service account email as a user on your Search Console property. Restricted access is enough, and each site can only read its own domain.
Both. NEO Pulse WP is the WordPress plugin on your site. The NEO Pulse app is the workspace for briefs, bulk pages and reporting.
No. Agencies and in-house teams can run NEO Pulse themselves. Neo Digital also offers AISEO as a done-for-you service using the same platform.
We’ll walk through the switch-over check, search and Insights using your site’s own pages.
